A 24HR cancellation notification is needed by the client to cancel without a penalty. If notification is given after 24HR time frame, a 50% fee of total service payment will be charged to your card, before booking any future appointments. If an appointment is NO CALL /NO SHOW, 100% of total service payment will be charged to card on file or need to be paid upon missed appointment. No future bookings will be booked until missed appointment is paid in full. If there is no card on file, client will be given 1 week to pay for missed appointment. After 1 week, legal action will be filed. ALL FEES can be voided due to life emergencies with acceptable reason. Some appointments require a deposit upon booking, appointment deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you need to change/reschedule an appointment that has a deposit then you must reschedule said appointment on the same day you requested to change it or you will lose your deposit. All service sales are final and NON REFUNDABLE. You have 48hrs after service to request any changes on said service performed. After 48hrs a new appointment will need to be made & paid in full.
